Structure: HALO protection will warrant the following structural items: Roof Trusses, Walls, Siding, Doors, Windows, Floors and Steel Frame.

Electrical System: Our HALO protection will warrant the complete electrical system originally supplied by Jacobsen Homes. The following items are covered by HALO: Service Panel, Wiring, Receptacles, Switches, Boxes, and Fixtures.

Plumbing System: HALO protection will warrant the plumbing system originally supplied by Jacobsen Homes. The following items are covered by HALO: Hot and Cold Water Lines, Connections and Joints, Faucets, Toilets, Waste Pipes and Vents.

Heating & Air Conditioning System: HALO protection will warrant the original supply lines and return air lines installed by Jacobsen Homes.

Each shingle attached with six fasteners, backed by GAF 20-year limited warranty.

In addition to a layer of 15-lb roofing felt.

Engineered to resist racking and shape distortion under high wind.

4. Truss Roof Rafter System
On 16" centers, with double rafters within 3' of front & rear. (Approved for hurricane zones I, II & III) Solid one-piece structural center beams.

5. R-30 Blown Cellulose Ceiling Insulation
Fire retardant and formaldehyde-free.

6. Insulated Flex-Duct System
Sealed interior risers insulated with fiberglass for more efficient heating and cooling.

7. Ventilated Roof Cavity
In addition to a whole house ventilation system.

8. Vinyl Lap Siding
Georgia Pacific 50-year limited warranty: won't dent, rot, chip or corrode.

9. 3/8" Structural Sheathing Under Lap Siding
